Filleting (pin bones removed) $0.75/lb incoming weight
Vacuum-Sealing $0.75/lb incoming weight
Flash-Freezing $0.75/lb incoming weight
Hot-Smoking (includes fillet, vac-sealing) $3.50/lb incoming weight

Hot-Smoking: Fish is brined and smoked with Alderwood Chips. Finished product must be kept refrigerated or frozen. Approximately 15 day turnaround for Hot-Smoking.

Canned Product:
We accept ONLY cleaned whole salmon and cleaned tuna Loins. Your canned product can be with or without salt. Approximately 30 day turnaround.

Smoked Canned Product: Fish is smoked with Alderwood Chips. Product is canned skinless with rib bones removed. Net wt. of Smoked Canned product is 5.5oz. Product is fully cooked and shelf-stable. Best used within 7 years of processing.

We DO NOT trade or exchange fish for processing. Your fish is tagged from start to finish. Your commercial or sport-caught fish is what you get back!
