Our perishable products (frozen, fresh and fresh-smoked products) are shipped within a styro box and reusable gel-ice. Product is guaranteed for 48 hours.

Frozen & Fresh Seafood are shipped via Priority Overnight only.
Fresh-Smoked Seafood may be shipped via 2-Day Fedex.

• Ground Shipments are delivered within 5-7 business days (not including holidays or weekends). Shipped out Monday through Friday.
• 2-Day Fedex Shipments delivered in 2 days. Generally delivery is by 4:30pm. Shipping available Monday through Wednesday.
• Priority Overnight Fedex Shipments delivered next-day. Delivery is by 12:30 in many areas; others by 4:30pm. Shipped out Monday through Thursday.
