Individual and family-sized portions are boneless and vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness. Our seafood is 100% wild and natural, never farmed.
A majority of our products are Frozen at Sea (FAS) or flash-frozen within hours of harvest, at temperatures reaching -40 degrees. The quick-freeze process preserves the tissue structure from breaking down so the consumer is able to enjoy firm, fresh-caught flavor all year long.
In addition to our FAS and flash-frozen selection, we offer fresh seafood throughout the year. Our fresh seafood selection is always fresh, in-season, and never previously frozen.
